D-ribose is a five-carbon simple sugar that occurs in every cell of the human body. D-ribose is a structural component of DNA and RNA nucleic acids, vitamins (B2 and B12) and coenzymes, including the ATP molecule, which is produced in the mitochondria to supply energy to most metabolic processes in the body.
Dosage
1 teaspoon (5g) daily. Mix the recommended amount with 1/2 cup of warm water. Drink the prepared solution. Consume with a meal or after training.
