1/2 tablet a day, drink it whole with water.

Nutritional values may vary by approx. 2-8% depending on the flavour. The declared values are averages for all flavours. 
It is worth adding that the natural version may contain as much as 91-94% protein in dry matter (depending on the batch).
- With some flavours, including fruit flavours e.g. containing citric acid (as an acidity regulator), it is necessary to mix slightly more gently
