Shake the bottle before use.
Dosage:
2-10 years: 4 drops (60 μg, 40% NRV*)
11-18 years: 5 drops (75 μg, 50% NRV*)
Adults, pregnant and lactating women: 10 drops (150 μg, 100% RWS *)

A dietary supplement / A nutrition supplement as a substitute for everyday diet, used for weight control.
Cannot be used as a substitute of a healthy and balanced diet.
Consult your physician if you are pregnant or nursing.
Do not exceed recommended dosage per day.
The preparation should be kept out of reach of small children, at a temperature of 6-25^oC, away from sunlight.
Best before: date on the package
Once opened, consume within 6 months.
Do not use the dietary supplement after the minimum durability date. The date of minimum durability is located on the side of the package. Do not use the product if you are allergic to any of its ingredients.
