Small children: prophylactically to prevent immune deficiencies:
 

• children above. 6 month old "1 capsule every other day;
• children from 1 to 3 years of age: 1 capsule a day;
• children over 3 years old: by diagram above.

Adults and children over 3 years old:
 

• regenerating in states of lower immunity, during and after antibiotic therapy: 50mg / kg body weight for a minimum of 2 weeks;
• prophylactically in the prevention of immunodeficiency: 30mg / kg body weight for a minimum of 3 months;
• correctively in the conditions of severely reduced or overactive immunity, e.g. allergies, psoriasis, rheumatoid arthritis: 100mg / kg body weight, short-lived for about 2 weeks, then return to the preventive dose;
• - defensively in severe immunodeficiency: in disease states and during therapeutic therapies, during or immediately after anticancer therapy (chemotherapy, radiation therapy): alternately 250mg / kg body weight for 3 weeks, 100mg / kg body weight for 1 week, then return for preventive dose.

The capsules should be swallowed whole or chewed / squeezed into a teaspoon before swallowing, you can drink a small amount of neutral liquid (e.g. boiled water).
