Beta alanine is an endogenous amino acid that combines with l-histidine to make a carnosine. For athletes, raising the level of carnosine in the muscles is crucial because carnosine may increase the ability to take long and hard work. It can also prevent the formation of lactic acid during intensive exercise, thereby reducing the feeling of fatigue.

Beta alanine supplementation can improve endurance and results achieved in endurance effort by reducing the effects of fatigue, including fatigue resulting from intensive exercise. This action can in turn lead to greater gains in strength and muscle.

Note: Beta alanine may cause redness and tingling on the skin. This is a normal, harmless reaction of the body.

Dosage:

Preparation phase (days 1-5): Take 2 tablets 4 times a day, at regular intervals throughout the day.

Maintenance phase (days 6-35): Eat 2 tablets twice a day, at regular intervals throughout the day. In order to achieve the best results, continue the maintenance phase by day 35. The full 35 days period is 160 tablets (2 containers). After the end of the 35 days, we recommend a 2-week break before the cycle begins again. Portions are best eaten between meals.
