NARINE Yogurt + N is a sourdough for preparing Narine Yoghurt at home. The product is intended for use to support the proper functioning of the digestive system, strengthen immunity and support the maintenance of healthy bones.


NARINE Yogurt + N is a milk product fermented by Lactobacillus delbruckii subsp. Bulgaricus и Streptococcus thermophilus site 5. As a result of lactic acid fermentation, milk proteins are changed (split into smaller chains), thanks to which the product is better absorbed by the human body than milk. The preparation supports the immune system, supports the proper functioning of the digestive system and helps maintain healthy bones.

Dosage

1. Clean dishes are an important condition for preparing a high-quality product. You need to brew all the dishes for making yogurt in hot water or in the oven.

2. Boil 1L milk for several minutes and cool to 38-42 ° C.

3. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 50 ml of warm water or milk (34-35 ° C) and add to remaining milk. Mix well.

4. Pour into containers for maturing:
4a. Use a yogurt maker. Pour the finished product into the yogurt containers and leave it on for 7-9 hours. After this time, remove the jars from yogurt and put in the fridge. The product will be ready after cooling.

4b. Place the mixture of milk and leaven in a glass jar (1 liter) and ensure a constant temperature of 38-42 ° C (wrapped in a towel, blanket, etc.). The residence time is 9-11 hours. After this time, put the glass jar in the fridge. The product will be ready after cooling.
