Magnesium
It is estimated that 80-90% of the magnesium is lost during food processing. No wonder that nearly 70% of people do not get enough of this essential macronutrient. Magnesium supports many functions in the body, such as bone health, psychological functions and muscle function, it also contributes to the maintenance of normal energy metabolism - energy production and muscle contraction is important for the health of the nervous system.
Triphala Extract
Derived from the fruits of amalaki (Indian gooseberry), bibhitaki and haritaki, Triphala Extract has played a significant role in the Ayurvedic tradition for over 1000 years. Regarded as a pillar of gastrointestinal support in Ayurveda, Triphala contains many bioactive compounds.
Its main ingredients are tannins, gallic acid, ellagic acid and chebulic acid - powerful antioxidants. It also contains flavonoids: quercetin and lutenoline, as well as various saponins, anthraquinones and amino acids.
Triphala can also support proper digestion and absorption of food, promoting gut health and digestive balance.
Red elm
Red elm is widely known for its traditional role in supporting gut health. It is rich in soothing mucus - a thick, slippery substance that can coat the lining of the stomach and intestines to facilitate the passage of intestinal contents.
As the demand for red elm grew, quality and sustainable breeding became the most important selection criteria. We only work with experienced collectors who responsibly and manually collect the elements of this plant for us. Each spring, using special techniques, our partners collect bark from trees that are at least 15 years old. This moment is decisive because the sap, which flows from April to July, helps to easily separate the outer and inner bark, which allows the tree to be preserved for the next harvest.
Marshmallow root
Althaea officinalis, more commonly known as marshmallow, is a perennial herb native to Europe, North Africa and West Asia. Its beautiful white and pink flowers can be found naturally along the banks of rivers and salt marshes as it prefers moist sandy soils.
Marshmallow root has been used in traditional herbal medicine for centuries. It is believed to support the health of mucous membranes throughout the digestive tract, and its mucus, a substance similar to juice, soothes any irritation.
