This product contains magnesium from two sources - from the highly available form of the amino acid chelate Albion® (magnesium diglycinate) and from magnesium citrate, as well as potassium in the form of potassium citrate.

The product was supplemented with B vitamins (B6, B12, thiamine, riboflavin). Magnesium and potassium help in the proper functioning of muscles, which allows to avoid excessive contractions in cases where they are caused by insufficient amounts of magnesium or potassium. Vitamins B6, B12 and riboflavin contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and thiamine helps in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
