ZMA® - a dietary supplement containing a formula of zinc chelate, magnesium and vitamin B6 in capsules.
Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and is involved in maintaining proper energy metabolism, participates in the proper synthesis of proteins and promotes the reduction of fatigue. Zinc, in turn, is involved in maintaining the normal e concentration in the blood serum and protecting the cell components against oxidative damage.
