OMNi-BiOTiC 6 (Synbiotic) 30 x 2g

1-2 servings per day.
Mix the recommended serving in approx. 125 ml of water* at room temperature.
Wait at least 1 minute to activate the product.
Mix again just before drinking.
It is best to consume on an empty stomach** (in the morning after waking up or in the evening** before going to bed).
In case of hypersensitivity to any of the prebiotic ingredients of the product, extend the activation time to 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize the prebiotic matrix.
If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize the entire fructooligosaccharides. In this way, no fructose enters the body.
Children from 1 to 3 years of age should consume half a serving of the product.
*We recommend using non-carbonated water.
**Preferably at least 2 hours after a meal.
