K2 + D3-Vit 4000 IU Oil Active is a complex of vitamins D and K dissolved in extra virgin olive oil, cold pressed. Vitamin D helps in the proper absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D also helps maintain healthy bones and teeth, the proper functioning of muscles, and the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones and contributes to proper blood clotting. Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Vitamins K, D and E are fat-soluble substances, therefore their carrier is extra virgin olive oil, which helps in their proper absorption.

Dosage

Consume 3 drops orally a day or by adding to a cold meal, e.g. a salad. Shake well before use. The recommended daily dose is 3 drops.
