K2 + D3-Vit Softgel Active are soft, oil capsules containing vitamin K from fermentation and vitamin D from sheep wool lanolin. Vitamin K helps maintain healthy bones and contributes to proper blood clotting. Vitamin D helps in the proper absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus and in maintaining the proper level of calcium in the blood. Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones and teeth and helps in the proper functioning of muscles. Due to the fact that vitamins K and D are fat-soluble substances, there is oil inside the capsule, which helps in their proper absorption.

Dosage

Consume 1 capsule daily with a meal. Wash down with water (250 ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
