The oil used here comes only from wild pelagic fish such as anchovies, anchovies and mackerel. These species are fished off the coast of Chile in the South Pacific. Oil is obtained from the meat of these fish. Omegabiane EPA capsules were created to provide the amounts of omega 3 acid recommended by ANC 2010.

The effective dose of DHA and EPA is 250 mg for each day. It is therefore recommended to introduce EPA and DHA (rapeseed oil, nut oil, fatty fish) into everyday food.
