Vitamin D3 is not actually a vitamin, but a hormone and modulator of as many as 200 genes.

The active form of vitamin D3 has a direct or indirect effect on: muscles, bones, teeth, ligaments, cardiovascular system, protein synthesis, cell growth, nervous and immune systems.

Vitamin D Functions:
  • is responsible for the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus
  • helps maintain healthy bones

Dosage

The recommended portion of 5 drops a day is dissolved in water after eating or consumed immediately.
Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.
Before use, it is recommended to perform a 25- (OD) D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist.
Vitamin D3 in a dose of 2000IU is intended for healthy people up to 75 years of age.
