Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NADH) is a biologically active form of niacin (vitamin B3) and acts as a biological spark plug in the cell's energy metabolism. CoQ10, also known as coenzyme Q10, works primarily to provide ATP cells, the basic unit of energy needed for cellular activity. CoQ10 also acts as an antioxidant in mitochondria and lipid membranes in the body. It helps maintain overall cell health and helps regenerate other important antioxidants, such as vitamin E.
