Symbiosys Defencia contains Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, Lactobacillus rhamnosus LR04 and Lactobacillus plantarum LP02 strains. The strains are obtained by means of a patented microencapsulation method, thanks to which they are protected against the action of stomach acid.


Symbiosys Defencia also contains vitamin C which helps in the proper functioning of the immune system.


Gut microbiota - Formerly known as the gut flora, this is the population of microorganisms found in our digestive system, mainly composed of bacteria and fungi. In humans, the intestinal microbiota may contain up to 10 ^ 14 microorganisms living with each other, which is ten times the total number of cells in the human body.

Dosage

The recommended consumption is 1 sachet of the preparation daily. Mix the contents of the sachet with food or drink and consume it immediately.
