1-4 capsules a day. The capsule should be swallowed and washed down with lukewarm water or other lukewarm liquid (milk, juice, yoghurt). The capsule can also be opened and its content consumed immediately or dissolved in lukewarm liquid. The contents of the capsule should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids.

Store in a refrigerator at 2-8 ° C, in the original package in order to protect from light and moisture. After the product has been used, it is necessary to get rid of the residue. If necessary, the product may be stored below 25 ° C for a maximum of 7 days without adversely affecting its contents.
