It contains a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fat, which includes omega-6 acids: linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA). Evening primrose oil helps to supplement the diet with essential unsaturated fatty acids (Omega-6).
The linoleic acid (LA) contained in the product helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in your blood *. The product contains a high content of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and naturally occurring vitamin E.

I already used this product. Reason: had fibroids in my uterus. While I was taking it the fibroids were gone. In the meanwhile I took a 6months of pause. My fibroids are back, so I started taking the supplement again. Hopefully it'll do a miracle (again).
