PRENACAPS is a line of dietary supplements intended for women who are trying to conceive, are pregnant and breastfeeding.
  • folic acid - starting supplementation at least 12 weeks before the planned pregnancy. In women with an average risk of fetal defects (including disorders of folic acid conversion to the active form concerning, according to data of every second person in Europe, taking certain medications) - 800 u
  • g folic acid / day (including active folates) in combination with vit. B12.
  • Vit. D is needed, among others for the proper mineralization of the child's skeletal system.
  • iodine - about 200 ug of iodine / day (taking into account the dietary iodine intake). Iodine helps, among others in the proper production of thyroid hormones and affects the nervous system.
  • DHA - accounts for about 96% of all omega-3 fats in the brain and 93% of omega-3 fats in the retina of the eye. Dosage depends on the consumption of fish in the diet.
  • iron - 18 mg / day in women in whom deficiencies of this component can be predicted later. Iron helps, among others in the proper production of red blood cells and hemoglobin.
  • vit. D3 - 2000 IU vit. D3 / day.
