Fish Oil Omega-3 Capsules is sourced from sustainable, wild fishing and is the same that we use for our proven Omega-3 Total. NORSAN fish oil is obtained directly from fish meat and not as a by-product of fish liver. Sustainably fished small fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are caught. After being caught, the fish are processed and cooled directly on the boat. The fishery is subject to strict Norwegian guidelines and has the recognized "Friends of the Sea" certificate. The fish oil is then cleaned of impurities and PCBs and checked according to strict Norwegian regulations.
