For infants and children under 3 years of age: the capsule should be opened and its content dissolved in lukewarm liquid and consumed immediately after preparation For children over 3 years of age and adults: swallow the capsule and drink lukewarm water or other lukewarm liquid (milk, juice, yoghurt); the capsule can also be opened and its content dissolved in lukewarm liquid directly or afterwards. The contents of the capsule should not be dissolved in hot or carbonated liquids.
