EkaMedica was established in 2001. The manufacturer specializes in the production and distribution of natural products: dietary supplements in the form of juices, tablets, special nutritional food, and cosmetics. Knowledge and experience have enabled the creation of the EkaMedica brand - Naturally Means Healthy.

On March 23, 2017, EkaMedica received a BIO certificate.The quality of organic food is under continuous control by the certifying body BioCert Małopolska. The Quality Department of EkaMedica oversees the selection of ingredients and the production process.

In April 2018, EkaMedica implemented a Food Safety Management System according to the ISO 22000 standard. The possessed certificate guarantees that matters related to food quality and safety are treated as a priority by their company. ISO 22000 is an international standard that standardizes and harmonizes global-level requirements for strategic food safety and hygiene management. At EkaMedica, the entire cycle, from raw material procurement through the supply chain, production, to the sale of the finished product, undergoes constant monitoring and control to maintain the declared product parameters and health safety.
